Spring Musical 2025 Family Volunteer Opportunities

Hello Fine Arts Families! 

We are so excited about Green Level High School's Spring Musical 2025. As discussed at the parent meeting at least one parent/guardian from each family will either volunteer to work on the production for 4 hours, procure a production sponsor, OR pay $100. PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP FOR ONE TIME SLOT PER FAMILY TO START! If we have additional opportunities, we will send an all call for more help. Thank you!

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. 

Here is a summary of the help that we need: 

1) Prop and costume procurement and costume laundry- These volunteers will assist the parent liaison in procuring prop and costume pieces for the performance.  We will also need volunteers to have specialty costume items hand or dry cleaned. One of the parent liaisons will coordinate with you.

2) Concession set up and sales- We will need a volunteer to assist with concessions set up. The concessions lead will coordinate with you. We also need 4 volunteers per show to sell concessions before the shows begin as well as at intermission.  After intermission, volunteers will need to briefly tidy up the concessions area and then you are free to leave or watch the second half of the show. A current or former FAB board member will be available to work with you.

3) Flowers/Ticket Sales/Usher support- We need four adults to assist with flowers (assembly and sales), ticket sales, and usher support (could include taking tickets, giving programs, or supporting the student ushers) prior to each show and at intermission (for the flowers only). A current or former FAB board member will be available to work with you.

4) Meal volunteers- We need two volunteers to plan, organize, and coordinate the student meal. We need additional volunteers to assist with set up, serving, and clean up for the meal that will be held between the Saturday matinee and evening shows.

5) Build volunteer- Ms. Craig has some specialty items that need to be made for the set. Specifically, two small sets of stairs and 4ft wide slide barn doors. You can have access to the shop and will have all needed supplies purchased for you or can be reimbursed. These can be created on your own time as specific dates will not be designated.
